NAPLES, Fla. (February 27, 2014) – Insignia Real Estate Company, with offices in Cranston, Rhode Island and Naples, has signed five new tenants at the newly renovated Vanderbilt Financial Center. The Vanderbilt Financial Center was purchased by a real estate investment group managed by Insignia in February 2013 and has been steadily filling the nearly 41,000 square feet of vacant space since the initial acquisition.

Located at 9045 Strada Stell Court in North Naples, the Vanderbilt Financial Center has also been referred to as the “wedding cake building” for its distinct multi-tiered architecture and modern facade. Among the newly announced tenants are Summit Wealth Partners, Capital Wealth Advisors, Inc., Woods Weidenmiller Michetti & Rudnick, e-Ventures Worldwide, and HighTower Naples.

The building features five stories of Class A architecture and amenities, which were listed as a major draw to the new tenants.

“We are extremely pleased at the interest level and quality tenancy at the Vanderbilt Financial Center,” said Anthony Emma, chief executive officer of Insignia Real Estate Company. “When the building was originally purchased, it was nearly entirely vacant. To date, we are at 53 percent occupancy and look forward to continuing to serve area businesses with this highly visible Class A office space.”

High profile tenants, like the national wealth management firm, Capital Wealth Advisors, are also finding the location an ideal spot for the prominent clientele they serve. The 58,000-square-foot building overlooks the popular 300,000-square-foot Galleria Shoppes at Vanderbilt.

“We looked at many places in the North Naples area when we decided to relocate from the 5th Avenue region. North Naples has clearly become the center part of town for Naples, but finding the right location was not easy,” shared Bill Beynon, chief executive officer and co-founder of Capital Wealth Advisors. “The Vanderbilt Financial Center provides both convenience and easy access for our clients and staff and offers an array of other businesses, shops and restaurants all in the same complex without being overloaded with traffic and congestion. We are thrilled to have an opportunity to be in such a wonderful facility, here in in the new “middle” of town.”

The Vanderbilt Financial Center is owned by Strada Holdings, LLC, whose managing member, Insignia Real Estate continues to maintain strategic partnerships for first-class property management, sales and leasing services.
